This is a heating element compatible with various makes of ranges and ovens and is sold as an individual part. Measuring 20.5-inches wide and 20.25-inches (with terminals) long, this heating element is a genuine OEM part. If your range is not heating during the bake setting, not heating evenly, or if the element is burnt out or damaged, the element will need to be replaced. This repair is simple and only requires that you disconnect your oven from the wall outlet and use an appropriate screwdriver to disassemble and replace the element with the additional support brackets to secure it.

The bake element is located on the bottom of the oven cavity to supply heat for baking. The element terminals are male quarter inch spade connectors and have push-on wire terminals. If your oven is not heating evenly, the element will not heat, or there is little to no heat when baking, you may need to replace the element. This is a genuine OEM bake element. Please remember to disconnect the power to your oven before you start your repair.

If the bake element has arcing, is shorted out, the oven is not heating evenly, or little or no heat when baking, you may need to replace it. When replacing the bake element please make sure you disconnect the power to the range. Make sure you don’t let the wires fall back through the rear of the oven. This element has been updated by the manufacturer. New installation screws are required and are sold separately.
