Missing or Damaged Items

Missing an Item.

The first step to take is to check the packing slip that was included with your shipment.

Easy Appliance Parts tries to get your parts to you quickly and efficiently, by shipping you items we have in stock. We may have split your order into multiple shipments. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized.

The items shipped to you will be indicated on your packing slip. You may also cross-reference your packing slip with your email that was sent to you which included your shipping information.

Checking your order status on line will confirm which items have been sent and which have not. check your order status.

If you did find that you are missing an item from your shipment, please contact us

Damaged or Defective Item

If you have received an item that has been damaged or a defective part, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving this item. We will need detailed information from you for this type of return.

If the box was damaged when you received your part please indicate the nature of the damage to the box. We also require extensive details explaining the damage to the part. If there was no damage to the box the part was shipped in, please include your model number and serial number off of your appliance, and the actual part number off of the part you received.
