Your order is complete when you click the "ORDER NOW" button. Your credit card is charged immediately and we begin processing your order.

In-stock items will ship the same business day (for orders received by 4:00 PM Eastern Time) or on the next business day. Special order items are ordered immediately from the manufacturer.

Please note: Shipping can take from 1 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose. This does not include holidays or weekends: business days are Monday to Friday. Exact shipping time depends on your location, the location of the warehouse, and the shipping method selected.

Receive your order confirmation

You will be given an order number. You should retain this number for your own records. You will also receive confirmation by e-mail with the details of your order.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail with the details of your shipment including a tracking number. If tracking is available for the shipment method you have chosen, a tracking link will appear in your e-mail. You can click on this link to track your parcel online.
