Drum Bearing Slide - Green (Sold individually)

This single green drum bearing slide attaches to the outer-most sides of the bearing to help support the front of the drum as it rotates. If your dryer is making loud noises or the drum won?t tumble you many need to replace the slides. The manufacturer recommends replacing both slides at the same time. There are 2 slides per dryer. This is a genuine OEM part. Please make sure to disconnect the power to the dryer before starting your repair.

D-Shaped Knob Clip

This control knob clip helps secure the timer knob to the shaft allowing you to select the desired setting for your dryer. If the knob has become loose or the clip is missing you will need to replace the clip. This clip is a genuine OEM part, made of metal and is sold individually.

Front Drum Bearing

The drum support bearing helps your dryer operate as quietly as possible by allowing the front of the drum to glide smoothly on the felt seal of the front panel when the drum is rotating. If your dryer is noisy or making a squeaking sound, the slides are probably worn and both slides will need to be replaced. This part measures 10” in height and 19 ½” inside width. Four drum glides are used with the drum support bearing and are sold separately. The support bearing is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to the dryer before starting your repair.

Timer Knob

This timer knob for a dryer is an authentic replacement part and accepts a D-shaped shaft. The knob is white in color and measures 3 inches in diameter. The timer knob attaches onto the shaft of the timer and allows you to select the amount of time your dryer will run. If your dryer timer will not advance or your dryer will not start you may need to replace the timer knob.

Retainer O-Ring

This is a replacement O-ring for the drum bearing retainer on your dryer. The drum bearing is found at the back of the dryer drum. The O-ring is designed to create a seal on the drum bearing. The O-ring is made of rubber, and can occasionally wear down and break. If you notice that your dryer drum bearing is worn while you’re replacing the O-ring, you should consider replacing it as well.
