Agitator directional cogs (dog, agitator (4))

These agitator directional cogs are commonly referred to as dog ears. They come four in a package and are usually used with direct drive washing machines. When the teeth on the outer edge are worn down the cogs will not engage with the upper agitator, causing it not to agitate properly. It is recommended to replace all four at the same time. These agitator directional cogs are ?-inch high and 1-inchlong and they are a genuine OEM part.

Direct drive motor coupling (coupling, motor)

The newer version of the coupler kit is made with new metal sleeves for added strength. This part is located between the motor and transmission on the direct drive washer that does not have a belt. The coupler will break to protect the motor from damage if the drive motor system seizes up. If your washer will not fill, will not agitate or spin, but it will drain the water from the tub, you may need to replace this part because it has failed. This is a genuine OEM part. Direct drive water pump (pump (complete))

This pump is intended for use with washing machines that do not have belts. This drain pump has two ports for water to pass through: a large one, and a smaller one. This part is used to remove water from the tub during the drain cycle. If your washer is leaking, not draining, pumps but will not spin or fills and drains at the same time you may need to replace the pump. The pump is located on the motor and is attached by two clips. Suspension spring retainer (retainer, suspension spring (3))

This is a replacement suspension spring retainer for your washer. The retainer holds the suspension spring in place while the washer is operating. If you notice movement, or an unusual noise or shaking of your washer when it is in use, it could mean that the suspension spring has been disconnected because of a broken or missing spring retainer. You will find the suspension spring retainer at the bottom of the tub assembly. To replace the retainer, use a pair of pliers to disconnect the suspension spring from the chassis mount to relieve the tension. Then, remove the spring from the retaining clip, and remove the retaining clip from the bottom of the washer. Attach the new retaining clip to the bottom of the washer, reattach the spring, and stretch it slightly so it can connect to the chassis. This part is sold individually.
