Ice maker (im crescent)

This ice maker assembly is used to make ice in your refrigerator. The ice maker receives water from the water inlet valve and will freeze until ice cubes are formed. Once the water has been frozen the cubes will be ejected from the mold into the ice bucket. The ice maker will continue the process until the ice bucket has reached the limit. If your ice maker is not making ice you may need to replace this part. This kit includes the fill cup, 4-pin wire harness adapter, and a tube. Disconnect the power and water supply before starting your repair. This ice maker is a genuine OEM part.

Evaporator/condensor fan grommet (grommet evap fan)

The evaporator fan motor grommet provides a cushion between the fan motor and the motor mounting bracket. This part is made of black plastic and is approximately one inch in diameter. The refrigerator light switch turns the interior light off and on when you open or close the refrigerator door. The light switch also prevents the front dispenser from working if the refrigerator door is opened. Single outlet valve kit (water valve asm)

When energized, the water inlet valve will release water from the supply line into the ice mold and the water dispenser in the refrigerator. If the ice maker is not making/dispensing ice, not dispensing water, or leaking, you may need to replace the water inlet valve. The water inlet valve is in the back section of your refrigerator and will need to be pulled out from the wall and make sure to disconnect both the water and power supply before starting your repair. As per the manufacturer, this valve has a new quick connection. You must cut the retaining nut off your current plastic water line, and gently push it into the new valve.
