Overload

The protector overload attaches to the compressor to help start the compressor motor and then shuts off as soon as the motor gets up to speed. The overload is black in color and measures approximately 3”. If your dehumidifier is not running you may need to replace the overload. You can use a multimeter to check the continuity. Please remember to disconnect the power before starting your repair. This is a genuine OEM part.
