Was easy to replace and dryer is running smooth. One washer was broken but we were able to use the old one. Thank you!

It was slow, but the right parts.
The part came fast - I just put it in today and everything looks good. Much better than a repair man charging me $150 to determine what the problem was, see if they can order the part and if so charge me for the part and another $150 to install. One repair shop I called said I could not get the replacement part so there was no point them coming out to diagnose the problem.
Parts were received quickly and were easily installed after watching youtube instructions. Parts went in easily and work great. A real enlightening experience to make me want to tackle more repairs.

Everything worked great and parts were received in good time. The appliance store in St.Thomas couldn't find the parts or part # for my model and figured I was out of luck. I had no problem finding parts on your web site. Thanks.
Unusually, only one of the rollers and shaft had any significant wear and the replacement part made the 25 yr old appliance as good as new.
Easy repair and the new parts work well. Replaced the roller shafts and the drive belt as well. Delivery was delayed by 2 extra days as the courier misdirected the package.
