The part was exactly as I ordered, was shipped quickly from Ontario to Nova Scotia but a problem arose once it was in Purolator's hands. Waited a full week from the time it got to N.S. til it was delivered to my house. Impressed with Easy Appliance Parts but not impressed with extremely poor and unfriendly service from Purolator.
