The washing machine was included with the purchase of our home but was noisy and walked all over the laundry room from the day we moved in. A year and a half later things were not improving so I looked up the model on the Internet and found some possible solutions. After watching a few videos, I ordered the snubber ring and a V-belt since it looked like it made sense to replace both at the same time. The parts arrived a few short days after I ordered them and I tackled the job after watching the videos to refresh my memory. We have a 'new' washing machine that quietly does its job staying firmly in place. Good parts, great service and a very helpful video. Thanks
