Oven bake element (bake element - terminal depth of 13 inches)

The bake element is located on the bottom of the oven cavity to supply heat for baking. The element terminals are male quarter inch spade connectors and have push-on wire terminals. If your oven is not heating evenly, the element will not heat, or there is little to no heat when baking, you may need to replace the element. This is a genuine OEM bake element. Dryer thermal fuse (one time use thermal fuse)

This thermal fuse is used in dryers as a safety mechanism that stops the flow of electricity to the motor circuit when a dryer overheats. This replacement part features two 3/16 inch terminals, and is sold individually. When this fuse is faulty, your dryer will not start or it will not heat properly. This is a one-time fuse, meaning it cannot be re-set. It must be replaced when there is no longer continuity between the terminals. It attaches to the blower wheel housing. Blown fuses can be caused by clogged dryer vents. We recommend checking to make sure all of the vents are clear when you perform this repair.

Dishwasher bottom door gasket (bottom door gasket)

This gasket goes on the bottom of the dishwasher door to create a tight seal between the tub and the outer edge of the door. If the gasket is cracked or broken, it will need to be replaced to keep water from leaking out on to the floor. The gasket is approximately 23” long and is a genuine OEM part. It is recommended that once you have installed the gasket to leave the door closed for a few hours to make sure the gasket is properly sealed.
