My Oven's Self-Clean feature does not work correctly:

1. Check your owner's manual to make sure the controls are set properly. Read our overview of how self-cleaning works, in order to get a better idea of what is involved in the process.
2. If your oven was exceptionally soiled, self-clean may not clean it all in a normal cycle run.
3. If nothing else on the Range, Oven or Cooktop is working then:
   1. Check the circuit breaker or fuse.
   2. Test for power.
4. Check that the oven door lock is operating correctly.
5. Check the oven thermostat.
6. Check oven cycling relay.
7. Check oven timer.
8. Check selector switch.
