The oven door gasket prevents heat from escaping the oven cavity when in use by creating a seal around the oven door. If your oven has little or no heat when baking, you may need to replace the gasket. This door gasket contains all the attaching clips needed for installation and is a genuine OEM part. The oven sensor detects the temperature within the oven cavity and sends the information to the control board. This infinite switch for eight inch range burners is almost three inches long. This infinite switch is for 8-inch range burners. When an element is unable to produce any heat on a modern oven, the problem may lie with the infinite switch. This switch is responsible for sending power to the surface elements. Check the element and terminal block to ensure they are working properly. If they are in working order, check the infinite switch at the control panel for any wires that have overheated, or broken terminals to or from the infinite switch. If the infinite switch is damaged or malfunctioning, it will need to be replaced. Remember to unplug your range before beginning this repair.

The terminal block provides a way of connecting individual electrical wires and offers protection from electrical surges, voltages and currents. This part will also allow you to attach the power cord to the inner wiring of your range. If the terminal block has shorted out or the range is not getting the proper power, this part will need to be replaced. The nuts are not included with the terminal block, they must be ordered separately. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to the range before starting the repair.

This part is the oven bulb lens cover. It is made of glass and is approximately 3 inches in diameter. The lens cover protects the light bulb from being damaged. The main reason to replace the light lens cover is if it is cracked, damaged, or missing. Be sure that the lens cover is cool to the touch before you begin this repair. To remove the lens cover, simply turn it counter clockwise until you can remove it. Replace it with a new cover and turn it clockwise to lock it into place. This is an OEM part sourced from the manufacturer, and it is sold individually.
