This part is the exterior replacement light bulb, with a small screw base, for your microwave. If your light bulb is burnt out, it will not be able to do this, and will need to be replaced. Before you change the bulb, be sure to check that the light socket still works, as it may need to be replaced as well. This bulb is 40 watts, is sold individually and is a genuine OEM part. Remember to disconnect the microwave from the power source before you begin this repair.

This 25-watt, 120-volt light bulb is 2.5 inches long. It has a small, screw-in base and it is used in many different appliances. If your current bulb is burnt out or broken you will need to replace it. This light bulb is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.

The door interlock switch kit contains 2 switches - 15 Amp - 125/250 Volt with 3/16" terminals. The switches are used to sense when the microwave door is open or closed. If your microwave won’t start, or won’t turn on, you may need to replace these switches. This is a genuine OEM kit. Please remember to disconnect the power to your microwave before starting the repair. PLEASE NOTE: The door interlock switch kit includes 2 single pole, double throw (SPDT) micro switches. As per the manufacture for the secondary interlock switch order part # 56001100.

The ceramic fuse protects the microwave by shutting it off if there is an electrical surge. If your microwave is not turning on, you may need to replace the fuse. This part is 20 amp, just over an inch long, metallic on both ends and ceramic in the middle. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect power to your microwave before starting your repair.
