The surface burner terminal block kit includes one plastic block, metal bracket, wires, and high-temperature nuts. This part is used to connect the wire harness to the surface burner element. If your element will not heat at all, or if it is not heating properly, it is likely an issue with the terminal block and it will need to be replaced. This part is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power supply before starting your repair.

This eight-inch chrome drip bowl is intended for use with rolled terminal style plug in surface element units. The drip bowl sits under the burner to catch anything that may spill over to make cleaning up spills quick. This is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.

The oven sensor detects the temperature within the oven cavity and sends the information to the control board. If your oven is not heating evenly, has little or no heat when baking, or is too hot, you may need to replace the sensor. This infinite switch for eight inch range burners is almost three inches long. This infinite switch is for 8-inch range burners. When an element is unable to produce any heat on a modern oven, the problem may lie with the infinite switch. This switch is responsible for sending power to the surface elements. Check the element and terminal block to ensure they are working properly. If they are in working order, check the infinite switch at the control panel for any wires that have overheated, or broken terminals to or from the infinite switch. If the infinite switch is damaged or malfunctioning, it will need to be replaced. Remember to unplug your range before beginning this repair.
