This bracket holds the metal or plastic flapper that closes off the exhaust duct when the fan is not running and opens when the fan turns on. If the exhaust fan on your microwave does not appear to be working, the problem may be with the damper assembly. If the damper does not open and close easily, check for any damage to the bracket, and replace if it is damaged or faulty. This genuine OEM exhaust damper measures approximately 12 inches long by 5 inches wide.

The grease filter works in conjunction with microwaves and is used to help collect grease particles in the air from cooking. The grease filter is chrome in color and measures 7 3/4” L x 5” W. This grease filter is sold individually. Most microwaves require two filters, please check your model for correct quantity needed before ordering. This is a genuine OEM grease filter.

The interlock door switch, also known as a micro switch, will prevent the microwave from operating if the door is open. This switch has been updated by the manufacturer. It may appear different in appearance but will still function as the original part. This part has a green button and measures approximately a little over an inch long. This is a genuine OEM part.
