There are two belts under a Maytag washer; one for the main drive pulley and one for the water pump. The belt kit includes both the drive belt and the pump belt which are both "V" shaped. The belt connects the drive motor to the drive system to be able to spin the tub basket. If your washer will not agitate, not spin, or not drain, the belt could be worn or damaged and will need to be replaced. This is a genuine OEM kit. Please remember to disconnect the power and shut off the water supply to your washer before starting your repair.

This hose clamp expands from half an inch to an inch in diameter. It is made entirely of metal and is intended for use with Maytag washing machines to secure the end of the drain hose to the pump drain port. The door switch is a simple on/off mechanism that prohibits the dryer from operating when the door is open. The dryer cannot operate until the door switch signals that the door is closed. If your dryer won’t start or the switch shorted out, your washer will not operate and the switch will need to be replaced. This switch is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect power to the dryer before starting the repair.

The tub bearing kit is used on 2-belt washers. This part helps keep the interior tub spinning correctly. If your washer is leaking, noisy, or shakes and moves, you may need to replace the tub bearing. It is recommended to change the seal kit at the same time you are replacing the tub bearing. This is a genuine OEM part. Remember to disconnect the power and shut off the water supply to the washer before starting your repair.
