The door latch is a simple on/off mechanism that prohibits the dishwasher from operating when the door is open. If your dishwasher will not start or will not close, you may need to replace the door latch. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect power to your dishwasher before making this repair.

This is a basket for washing flatware or silverware in your dishwasher. It is located on the lower rack. If your silverware basket is damaged or worn out, you should replace it. No tools are required for this repair. This gray basket is a genuine OEM part.
