The line fuse, also known as a ceramic fuse, is used to protect your microwave when there is a power serge by shutting down the microwave to avoid damage. If your microwave has no heat, won’t turn on, or the touch pad is not working properly, you may need to replace the fuse. This part measures approximately 1.25” long and is sold individually. This 250-volt 75 watt light socket is located inside the microwave to provide power to the light while holding the light bulb in place. If the light bulb is not working, the switch might have failed and will need to be replaced. The light bulb is not included and must be ordered separately. The socket is black in color and measures a little over 2” long. Please remember to disconnect power to the microwave before starting the repair. This is a genuine OEM part.

The door interlock switch (normally closed) works in conjunction with your microwave operation. The switch will prohibit the microwave from starting when the microwave door is open. If your microwave won’t turn on or there is no heat you may need to replace the switch. This part measures 1.5” L x .75” W, 250 volts, is black in color with a red dot and is sold individually.
