Compressor start device kit (start-dev)

This kit includes the Relay, Overload and cover. The start relay briefly boosts the compressor, and then shuts off as soon as the motor gets up to speed and the Overload provides added protection for the compressor motor because, in addition to protecting against excessive current, it also protects against excessive temperature use.

The left side hinge is sold separately. The top hinge allows your refrigerator door to open and close properly. This ice cube mold and heater assembly has a flake resistant surface with separations that mold eight ice crescents and is used with modular style icemakers on some refrigerators. The mold heater is an electrical device that thaws the ice quickly, so it can be released from the icemaker mold. If your ice maker isn’t making ice you may need to replace this part.
