Ice stripper (strips arm)

This part strips ice from the icemaker mold during the ejection cycle to prevent ice pieces from falling back into the mold. Once removed from the mold, the ice pieces are then deposited into the ice bucket ready to be dispensed. If your ice maker is not making any ice you may need to replace this part. The part is white in color and is approximately 9-inch long. The ice stripper is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect power to your refrigerator before starting your repair.

Shut off arm (arm)

The shut off arm works in conjunction with the ice maker in your refrigerator. When the shut off arm is high enough the ice maker will shut off and no more ice will be produced until the level of ice in the bin drops.
