Part arrived quickly - great service that way. Part was OEM. I ordered wrong part initially so had to swallow the return postage ($19 Canada Post) and seems like some fee (restocking ??) for part - paid $136.74 but refunded only $124.32 so recommend double-checking part number with model of appliance - it will save you $ in fees and postage. Refund was processed quickly. First part ordered sent loose in box so a bit surprised it didn't arrive damaged clunking around inside a cardboard box - I would have been hooped if it was damaged since I ended up having to ship that part back - could have easily been out of $136 (I packaged it properly for its return voyage); 2nd part arrived with proper packing around part inside box so they redeemed themselves that time. That said, would likely use service again if it was a repair that I could figure out how to fix by simply swapping out a part.
