I was under the impression the part would be delivered within 2 days as I ordered on a Tuesday and the website indicated the part would be in on Thursday. The part was not received for almost 2 weeks. I paid ~27 $ for delivery charge for an ~80 $ part. I ended up getting a part locally as I could not wait as we had no washer. I now have to send the part back, which consumes more time and additional postage cost with the hope that I will receive a refund. Not a good experience - I would not use East Appliance Parts in the future. Ironically the side bar here states same day shipping.
