We ordered a new oven igniter after our oven wouldn't start and the new igniter arrived by Purolator in 3 or 4 days. Unfortunately, when we went to take out the old igniter, 2 screws that were holding the igniter in place against a bracket, broke off and the bracket that was welded and connects the igniter to the oven baking burner also broke off. A nuisance to say the least. After having no luck finding someone to weld this bracket back on, we saw that Easy Appliance Parts also sold replacement screws and a replacement oven burner with the bracket already attached from the factory. After another short 3-4 day wait for these parts, the exchange/repair went really smoothly and we have what seems like a new oven! One thing to watch for is that our baking times have reduced with the new oven parts. The parts diagrams on the Easy Appliance Parts website for our model of gas stove/oven made tackling this repair a breeze. Thank you!
