Crisper pan poorly built

Ordered two pans one came complete, one missing the vent parts. No problem took parts out of old pans! Pans are poorly made not strong enough for intended use...but don’t consider that your problem ... designer should be shot. Impressed with your service! Would use your your service again and would recommend you to others!
