The part I received, was previously returned by somebody, and when I took it out of pocket the 4 pieces of ceramic fell out,.Also it looked it was used. The Part was promptly shipped except part Number on the element did not match part Number ordered. .After informing Easy Appliances of bad element the new one was shipped promptly, and a of now is working well.Thank You to Easy Appliances Parts for handling the sale Professionally. After receiving return Label I returned the used broken part, and was received by sender on Jan. 9th 2020. The rating for part was 1*, and Easy Appliance 5*
