Had to replace both stops as 1 was broken and the other was almost worn through. Repair videos showed it necessary to remove the doors, but I was able to lie on my back and change them from below rather than having to remove the doors.

The part did not fit the door. In fact, the pivot hole was slightly out of alignment, and the rectangle/square section was in the way to cause even more problems. Myself, as well as another person tried to make it fit, but to no avail. In the end I cut the square piece off, hoping it would remedy the problem. Nope, still didn't work. Since I cut that small piece off, I wasn't going to ask for a refund, being I was the one who altered the part. In order to find the correct part to fit, I had scoured the internet, phoned a few places, and thought I had finally found the correct part to order from your company, but nope, didn't work. Not sure what else a customer needs to do in order to find and receive parts for a new expensive appliance. Maybe should have stuck with my 25 year old refrigerator...
