Tub dampening strap (strap damping)

This part is used to support the tub and keep it in the center of the cabinet to reduce vibration. If your washer is making loud noises, or shakes or moves, one or more of the straps may have broken. It is recommended to replace all 4 tub dampening straps at the same time. This part is sold individually.

Dual action agitator (agitator asm multi)

This plastic dual action agitator is white in color. It is approximately eighteen inches tall with a base diameter of about 12-1/4 inches. The agitator pivots back and forth, moving the clothes from the top to the bottom of the tub, through the detergent and water to wash them. If the agitator becomes damaged or will not agitate, you may need to replace the part. This is a genuine OEM part. Agitator coupling kit (scr 1/4-20 mch 5/8 s)

This is a washing machine agitator coupling kit also known as an agitator drive belt. It connects the transmission drive shaft to the agitator base. It includes the couple, gasket, and bolt. If the teeth on the coupler is worn out it will cause the agitator not to turn and will need to be replaced. This is a genuine OEM part. Tub seal (seal tub)

The tub seal helps prevent any leaking around the transmission of your washer outer tub. If your washer is leaking you may need to replace the seal. The tub seal is located on the bottom of the outer tub, in the center where the transmission comes through to connect to the agitator. This is a genuine OEM part. It is suggested to have it installed by a qualified technician because the seal can be difficult to replace. If you hear metal on metal when the washer is spinning, you may need to replace the tub bearing. This bearing is made of metal, and is approximately 3 inches wide and 2 inches tall.

Hub nut (hub nut for top-load washer. If this nut is stripped or damaged, the washer may be noisy.)

This part is the hub nut, or lock down nut for your washing machine. It is designed to hold the inner tub on to the transmission. If your hub nut is stripped or damaged, it may need to be replaced. This hub nut is approximately 1.5 inches in diameter. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer. You will need a hub nut wrench and some WD40 to loosen the nut and remove it from the agitator shaft.

Tub bearing washer (washer tub bearing)

The tub bearing washer goes between the transmission and the tub bearing in your washer. This part helps to keep the inner tub spinning smoothly during operation. If your washer is noisy you may hear the bearing wearing on the transmission and the tub bearing washer will need to be replaced. This part is gray in color and measures approximately 2” in diameter. Inner tub base hub (hub)

This part is the replacement inner tub base hub for your washer. It is made of metal and is approximately 15 inches in diameter. The inner tub base hub fits between the wash tub and the spin basket, and it holds the spin basket on the gear case shaft. The main reason you would want to replace the hub, is if the washer will not agitate, or if you notice excessive noise or shaking when the washer is in use.
